General Event Volunteer

Role Description

As a General Event Volunteer it is your responsibility to assist in facilitating LCHS events. You will be responsible for helping to setup and breakdown for events. Groups are welcomed to fill this role.

Position Function and Organizational Impact:

Volunteers help smooth out operations during LCHS events by setting up, picking up miscellaneous tasks throughout, and breaking down at the end.

Time Commitment and Location of Work:

Time commitment and location vary depending on the event; however, volunteers are typically divided into set up and breakdown volunteers. If possible, it is recommended to stay for the entirety of the event.

Goals:

Incorporate volunteers in events and gain hands-on experience facilitating activities and engaging with other volunteers and event participants.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • No orientation required
  • Able to lift equipment to help with setup and breakdown
  • Time commitment for events
